I’m with a marketing agency, and we manage LSAs for multiple clients across different industries. One challenge we keep running into is account management—optimizing profiles, adjusting settings, and getting everything just right—but sometimes the performance just doesn’t line up with what we expect.
The bigger issue, though, is Google’s support. It feels like every time we reach out, they’re just reading off a script and can’t really do anything to fix our problems. Whether it’s lead disputes, verification issues, or technical glitches, it’s like we’re getting the same canned responses with no real solutions.
Anyone else frustrated with this? Any tips on getting better results when managing accounts or dealing with Google’s support?

Yea , the problem is that google does not show much reports or ways to optimize besides the reports tab , which is your best friend . just follow the absolute top % to watch for your performance , never shut down the ad (just change the hours from the profile) . Answer all the calls and get some reviews . this should be enough . If it does not affect anything shoot us an email , we have a couple more things we could try .😄
