I run a moving company in Illinois, and lately, we’ve been getting a lot of low-quality leads through LSAs—most of them either don’t convert or are completely irrelevant to the services we offer.
On top of that, ever since Google switched to the auto-dispute system, we’ve had a hard time disputing leads for local moves we can’t service. The system won’t credit back the leads, even after explaining why we can’t take them on. It’s frustrating, and I’m curious if anyone else is dealing with the same issue? Any tips on how to handle these disputes better? Thanks guys
Yea , it got frustrating for a lot of people when they removed the dispute option and no longer credit leads that call for service that you do not provide . one of the solution would be to pick up the phone right away and if you do not want the lead just tell them you wont be able to help and hang up , this way the lead wont be charged and its better then paying for something you wont be able to do and hoping google will do its magic
