We’re an agency managing Google LSAs for home service clients (plumbers, roofers, etc.), but lately, we’ve been seeing low lead flow even with decent budgets and fully optimized profiles.
We’ve done everything right—competitive bids, quick responses—but the leads just aren’t coming in as expected. Is anyone else having this issue? Any tips or strategies that have worked for you?

We noticed a change in how google shows ads to users that are browsing , one of our accounts dropped from 2nd position to 7nth , but when checking in incognito or random mobile device with random IP its still up there . The percentage of Absolute top impression rate went down slightly but our client is complaining , we tried making adjustments but it did not change anything . Can you share a little more about your set up like , are you using "Automated bidding (maximize leads)" and have reviews coming in every week , besides answering all the phone calls ?
